Barn dance  band for Devon and Somerset

We are a ceilidh and barn dance band based in Somerset, but we also venture into Devon because it’s not far! The band has a fiddle, accordion, wind instruments and bass, and most importantly, a barn dance caller who teaches each dance before the music starts, so everyone knows what they are doing.

We were thrilled to learn about Judy and the Barnbuskers. She was a wonderful end to a Suzuki music workshop. Sadly our budget only allowed us to invite Judy with her recorded music, but we still had a fabulous time and it worked very well. It was great she could bring her own PA equipment, all we had to do was clear space and find a plug socket or two! Everyone was beaming and enjoying themselves, absolutely everyone joined in and it was a great way to end our event and build our community.  Lots of fun.  Lots of smiling faces from young to old.
